Color: garnet red, deep
Nose: coffee, spicy, licorice, ripe fruit, dark chocolate
Palate: very beautiful frame, rich, ripe fruit, dark chocolate, round, vanilla, coffee, very nice length

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS
Bayonne ham, lamb chop, duck breast, confit, omelette with porcini mushrooms.

TEMPERATURE OF TASTING
16-17 ° C

AGING
We can start drinking it, but it will improve very well. Very successful vintage with a good aging potential.
